Describing Instead of Typing Code
Old-style coding meant learning special words and exact rules, kind of like learning a whole new language with strict grammar. Vibe coding is different: you describe your idea out loud or by typing normal sentences, like "make a button that turns the screen blue when I click it." A computer helper listens to your words and writes the special code behind the scenes.
The clearer your words, the better the result. "Make a game" is fuzzy. "Make a game where a cat jumps over three fences" gives the computer helper much more to work with.
Checking and Fixing
After the computer helper builds something, you look at it and ask: "Is this what I imagined?" If the spaceship is the wrong color or moves too fast, you don't have to start over - you just describe the fix, like "make it fly slower" or "make it purple instead." This back-and-forth - describe, check, fix - is the heart of vibe coding.

Even though the computer helper does the typing, YOU are the one deciding what gets built. You pick the colors, the characters, and the story. The computer helper is like a very fast helper hand, but the imagination still comes from you.
