Permanently delete your account and personal learning data, including all linked child accounts. This action cannot be undone. A small set of records is retained afterward only where the law requires it — see “What we keep after deletion” below.
What we keep after deletion
- Billing and payment records (tax and chargeback obligations)
- Paid tutoring bookings and purchase receipts
- Identity-verification results (fraud/safety)
- Safety and moderation actions
- Parental-consent records (COPPA proof of consent)
These are excluded from deletion but are still included in your data export, so you can always see exactly what is retained.
