This is your victory lap. Today we are going to look back at everything you have learned about being a great agent boss, put all the pieces together, and celebrate how much you now know.
What Makes a Good Agent Boss?
A good agent boss has three main qualities. They are careful, they are kind, and they are always in charge. Careful means they check the agent's work before trusting it. They set clear limits from the start. They use the stop button when needed. They protect private information. They pause before clicking or sending. Kind means they treat the experience of using an agent as a partnership, not a free pass to stop thinking. They bring their own knowledge, their own values, and their own good judgment to every task. Always in charge means they never forget that they are the boss — not the agent. The agent does not decide. The agent does not lead. The person with the good heart and the good brain is the one in charge.
A good agent boss is careful, kind, and always in charge. Agents are powerful helpers — but the person behind the agent is the one who makes it truly good.
